Smith Hill Road and Wild Flowers

This first part of this week Kathy and I spent at Bear Lake with some beautiful new friends, the wild flowers of Smith Hill Road. Aren't they magnificent? We're all hoping that they'll stay in bloom for a long time, but in the event you miss them- here are a few pictures.

Didn't Dad have a great thought when he planned this into the
Smith Hill Road design?

For those of you that remember Aunt June, she would aften take the cousins out onto a Bear Lake hillside to gather wild flowers during the summer. Who's ever been to Bloomington Lake has had a great view of the wild flowers in the valley, and now we have them marching along side our very own road!

Just one of the many thanks owed to the Builder of the Road.
